A month ago, a handful of readers had their subscriptions renewed on NBS and Netflix in advance of this article.
As the subscription holders, they knew this meant they’d get the new content at the same time as they got the old content, but it also meant that they were still missing out on the exclusive content that was available for just $3.99 a month.
Netflix and NBS, however, have a new plan for the future that lets subscribers keep the old subscriptions for free.
Netflix is offering the same plan for subscribers in their U.S. territories, as well as Canada, Mexico, and Argentina.
The same goes for NBS subscribers in the United Kingdom and Ireland.
Both services have been rolling out this new subscription service since February of this year, and it’s a big deal.
What’s different is that it’s an option that’s only available for subscribers who’ve paid $3 per month, and for those who’ve been paying that monthly rate, it’s not a deal that you can just jump on.
The new plan is a bit different than the current plan, however.
You don’t have to pay a single monthly fee.
Netflix has a few new features, like the ability to add a $5 “subscription credit” toward your next monthly bill.
You can also cancel the old Netflix account before you’ve hit the $3 monthly fee, and if you have a current Netflix subscription, you’ll get the same subscription as before.
But it’s also possible to cancel before the new Netflix account gets launched.
If you cancel before your new account launches, you’re only billed for the $2 you paid for the old account.
That’s because the new plan only gives you one year to pay off your old subscription, and then it automatically cancels when your new Netflix subscription launches.
In short, you have until September 25 to cancel the account.
But that’s still six months after you hit the original $3, and the new subscription will kick in immediately.
The good news is that you don’t need to wait until the end of September to cancel.
Netflix will refund your $3 if you cancel within the first year, as long as you haven’t been using it for more than 12 months.
The bad news is Netflix has no way to automatically cancel subscriptions on your old account if you’re still using it.
You have to manually cancel the subscription after you’ve moved on to the new one, and you have to have the new account to do so.
If the new customer is still using the old one, you can still cancel the service after the new user moves on.
It’s worth noting that the old customer will get the $5 credit that’s refunded, while the new new customer won’t.
Netflix says the new program is meant to be for subscribers that are in a better position to cancel their subscriptions.
If a new subscriber is having trouble canceling the subscription, Netflix says it’s possible to do it with a new email address and billing information.
However, if you don, you need to call the company and have it email you a new credit that you’ll need to sign off on to cancel, as explained in the FAQ.
So, if your old Netflix subscription is still valid and you’re struggling to get a new one to launch, the new $3 is a good way to get it over with and get the benefits of a new subscription.
However if you’ve already paid off your $4.99 Netflix account and have yet to upgrade to a new account, the best course of action is to just keep it active.
